About the Mailbox Construction
Made of heavy-duty cast-aluminum in lightweight construction, this elegant and secure mailbox was made for all seasons and will not rust. Each mailbox has an inward swinging brass mail slot embossed with "LETTERS". Depending on mail volume, the mail flap will open up to two (2) inches. Your mail is accessible from the locking access door keeping your mail safe. Please note that this mailbox does not facilitate outbound mail.

The cast aluminum of the Victorian Wall Mailbox is powder-coated then lacquered for a durable, weather-resistant finish in the following colors:

About the Maintenance To clean your mailbox, wash with a solution of mild detergent and water (do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners). Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. Depending on location of your mailbox, it is highly recommended to periodically, apply a fine, clear automobile wax for maximum protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air. Please remember, due to the nature of brass, the mail flap, in time, will oxidize to a patina finish. To prolong the shinny brass look, it is recommended to also clean and wax it like your mailbox.
